The Ecumenist Moscow Patriarchate

Dear Orthodox reader, we encourage you to read the following article and see, once again, the ecumenist stance of the Moscow Patriarchate. As expected, the lecture focuses on the subject of uniting all Christian denominations around the same goal of forming a united front in fighting against iniquity and impending calamity, leaving dogmatic and theological differences behind.

“The situation that has arisen requires from Orthodox and Catholics joint action in the defense of the Christian identity of Europe and the vindication of the Christian tradition of European culture. This alliance, aimed at the protection of Christian values in Western countries, at the defense of Christians from persecution in the Middle East and North Africa, may be joined by those representatives of the Anglican and Protestant world who are not indifferent to the situation which their persecuted brothers and sisters find themselves in. We might endure a fiasco on the grounds of theological dialogue but we will be able to achieve success in the sphere of practical interaction. One would like to believe in our ability to overcome our internal differences, to act together upon those issues, the resolution of which depends the present and future of Christianity. So, is there a future for ecumenism? I would prefer to leave the question open… “

We would like to take the opportunity to encourage you to read our other articles about the Putin-West games meant to deceive the True Orthodox Christianity. Let us not forget, the Official Russian Orthodox Church defrocked her last anti-ecumenist Bishop in 2008, with unanimity! Doesn’t that mean there is virtually no anti-ecumenist Bishop left in the Russian Church?

As we tried to highlight before, they are preparing for the 8th ecumenical synod, the one of betrayal. At this synod they may vote for a single hierarchy for all of Official Orthodoxy worldwide. There shall be no independent Orthodox Churches any more. They shall declare themselves as the only official and canonical Church! They will want to do this in the name of unity. They may also vote for some changes to the Orthodox doctrine (which will put them in heresy) – they may adopt some “concessions” in order to attract the Western denominations to join in, thus making it appear as a victory of Orthodoxy over West.

We pray that this synod does not go ahead!

As Blessed Elder Iustin Parvu used to say, “things are far more advanced than they seem to be”, or as Blesses Seraphim Rose warned, “it is later than you think”
