Again we can see a timid but positive sign coming out of Kremlin. Mr Putin has publicly denounced global warming as fraud, which may put Russia on the path of not signing the upcoming UN Climate resolution scheduled for December in Paris.

While the position falls short of damasking the entire conspiracy and weather modification programs, it can still be looked at as a positive development which offers Russia a chance of not partaking into the biggest deception in history. This also seems to put Russia on collision course with the BRICS agenda they signed on a few years ago. BRICS have declared climate change as a cornerstone of their political doctrine in their founding documents. Let us thus continue to pray that Russia continues to change course, even if this means putting her on war path with everyone else.
