The number of dramatic events in the world, with many deaths, increased so much in the last years that there is not one single day without such episodes… All mechanisms, machines, tools, factories and vehicles started to malfunction or rather to ‘disobey’ to the level of explosions and destructions with horrible consequences. In the same time, the real obedience of man to his Creator seems so hidden and not so revealed through the death of many, as we do not know if those accidents increased the Realm of Saints, joined in the Kingdom of Heaven.

The mismanagement of things around, things that we constructed and ‘refined’ for ages, looked to be almost impossible. For us, to fully manoeuvre such tools built by ourselves must be quite a simple task. But these complications leading to so many accidents, train derailments, bus crushes, factory explosions, tunnel accidents and mines collapsing, should not surprise us. The wrong directions that we took in life made these obliterations. It is like trying to reverse the law of gravity, by flying with own wings, made of fallen and deadly matter.

Icarus did this before with known tragic consequences, but in the meantime we had to find out that there is another way, far greater, through The Church, Who gives you wings, for flying anywhere in no time! You just need to wear a small Yoke, the Holy Cross which is the real ‘engine’ propelling you into the Ninth Heaven! There are so many examples: Christ’s Apostles were taken by majestic clouds to arrive at the grave of Mother of God, Saints could go through impenetrable / compact walls, other Fathers went over highest mountains to their spiritual targets, great geographical formations were moved from one place to another, or most atrocious punishments inflicted upon the Faithful Ones were not felt by these Holy Martyrs.

The real spiritual life is opened to everybody, beyond all earthly obstacles. The present toil that man has to endure is not perceived in this way, because man wants to separate himself from own Maker and wants to go on a path which leads to nothing else, but to a place of gnashing of teeth… Man is wailing, competing and struggling to build a ‘great’ society or, from a ‘religious perspective’, to construct a so-called ‘city of God’ which is nothing else but another Tower of Babel, far worse than the one already known. At that time, we know that the collapse of the Tower led to the painful birth of the many languages, which later were to be re-united through the Holy Spirit, at the Pentecost.

The present ‘agreement’, that many individuals and all leaders have, is to ‘unite’ everything and everybody into the spirit of antichrist. This spirit is called by demonized persons, in charge with all affairs in this world. The work towards making this fallen world a demonic one is in progress. If you look into any of the Art’s realms, you could find these transformations, done to some extent, in the last two centuries. All along, the ‘industrial revolution’ came after the first (failed?) demonic revolution, called as being French. Step by step, each of the present spheres of interest that occupies all of us, evolved out of this petite ‘grandiose’ event.

The complications, or rather multiple accidents that we witness every day, are part of the already mentioned demonization process that the society goes through, in atrocious bleedings: euthanasia, eugenics, abortion, or ‘abortion of the fourth term’ that is infanticide, bestiality, paedophilia, homosexuality and pornography, unjust wars and occupations. Although, just ordinary people but with the Right Faith, becoming spiritually active Christians in the Militant Orthodox Church, proved that there is some hope. What we have to do is to look at least at the ones who sacrificed themselves for all of us.

To block such dreadful paths, we must commemorate and pray to God through Holy Intercessors, such as the recent Holy Martyrs and Witnesses to Christ from Romania, of whom we could list a few, with exceptional Christian deeds: Fathers Justin (16 June 2013), Daniel (17 November 1962), Ilie (22 July 1983), Adrian (27 September 2011) and Arsenius (19 July 2011), laymen Constantin (26 July 1959), Dumitru (16 August 2002), Florin (1 August 2011) and Costel (29 July 2013), who fought all their lives for Christ and Salvation through Him. You, the reader, a struggler like us, must answer the following questions:

• Did you know that Father Justin, as a prisoner convicted to many years in communist extermination camps, served the Paschal Liturgy at midnight in a mine hundred meters underground, surrounded by exhausted working prisoners, at the sound of the pick hammers? Did you know that Father Daniel, together with a companion, were condemned to death through freezing but they resisted for eight days, by saying “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me the sinner”, and they were without water, without food, without sleep, without warm clothes, at minus 30 degrees Celsius, but engulfed by the Uncreated Light?
• Did you know that Father Ilie prophesized many things in regards to his departure, foreseeing the time of his reposing, and then at exhumation, in September 1998, his incorrupt body was a proof of his blessed life, and all the other miracles, witnessed by thousands, give to all strength, in this apostate age? Did you know that Father Adrian, who was sold to the communist government by his own ‘abbot’ and then incarcerated for many years, in ten prisons, also said “the atheists do not realise that they are unhappy without God because an atheist is like a paralysed person who does not feel pain anymore”?
• Did you know that Father Arsenius, who also had to spend many years in communist extermination camps, said once in regards to ecumenism: “What ecumenism? We are for 2000 years in Orthodoxy and now we wake up to bow down to the pope of Rome?” Did you know that Blessed Constantine was subjected to the greatest torture, being also beaten for every other young legionnaire, resisting with such heroism, unequalled… and he was a saint while still living…”? Did you know that Elder and Martyr Dumitru returned from spiritual death, while in prison for seventeen years, during the night of Pascha, after long lasting tortures?
• Did you know that Blessed Florin, who was an exceptional Orthodox writer, discussed about the worldwide antichristian makeup, where the “school has the duty to produce atheists, and then adulterers, fornicators, demonised with the bellies, covetous people, lovers of bodily rest and lovers of vainglory; in fact, atheism feeds all the other passions, because if there is no God, there is no sin and man can do anything he wants”? Did you know that Costel, in the last twenty-three years, carried on his back, often literally, physically, all the labors and hardships of the last witnesses of a generation exterminated in communist prisons?

Did you know all these facts? The clear conclusion is that our earth with its fallen laws started to turn against anything made out of this dust that we are stepping upon. All the tools and machines that we made are turning against us, while the leaders of this world turned satanic, some time ago, spreading this menace of destruction to the destruction of the soul of man. Nothing works well, anymore, in this demonic atmosphere, but in the same time we could see that doing God’s Will can turn everything in the right position. Our Orthodox Saints prove this, all the time!
