  • The ecclesiological dimensions of apostasy in the contemporary world

Modern ecclesiological heresies corrupt the very concept of the Church. Ecumenism, as a theological concept, organized social movement and religious practice, is such a heresy. Many spirit-bearing Orthodox hierarchs and theologians of the preceding twentieth century defined it as heresy in its essence. One of the major steps in the attempt to implement the ecumenical idea of uniting “divided Christians” and reconstructing the “undivided Church” was the church calendar reform in a number of local Orthodox churches during the twentieth century. It should be noted, however, that as a multi-stage, infiltrative heresy, ecumenism defies exhaustive and accurate definition, since, unlike the ancient heresies, it does not seek to find clear and consistent doctrinal expression by claiming to be accepted conciliarly or pose as a truth of the Faith formulated by the consciousness of the Church. On the one hand, for the time being, few are those hierarchs, clerics and theologians who simultaneously consider themselves Orthodox and profess ecumenism in its most extreme forms of inter-religious syncretism, or in its “pure” form of ecclesiological heresy, claiming that, owing to the divisions among Christians, the one visible Church of Christ no longer exists and, therefore, has to be recreated in the womb of the ecumenical movement. On the other hand, ecumenism continues to coalesce with official Orthodoxy. The official Orthodox episcopate is responsible for this phenomenon, demonstrating a crafty political and diplomatic attitude towards the process, categorically refusing to condemn ecumenism as a multi-stage, multi-faceted ecclesiological heresy, albeit it is nonetheless indisputably so in its true nature. In this context, the exit of the Bulgarian Patriarchate from the World Council of Churches in 1998, unfortunately, proved to be only a tactic with a certain ecclesio-political purpose, and not a step determined by a reëvaluation of its attitude towards ecumenism rendered in principle.

Another phenomenon with an ecclesiological dimension is socalled Sergianism, which in the unprecedented circumstances of the persecution of the Church in the former Soviet Union surrendered an outwardly proper church institution to the Bolsheviks so that, in their hands, it could become a tool in a fierce battle against the Church Herself, as representing the fullness of the Truth of Christ. In fact, Sergianism is not simply a characteristically Russian phenomenon. It also embraced the local Orthodox churches in the countries of Eastern Europe, where, after World War II, communist régimes were established. Both in the Soviet Union and in these countries, the essence of Sergianism manifested itself in the (self-) delusion that deception could be used as a means to help truth “survive,” and that collaboration with the enemies of the Church was the way to “protect” Her. In practice, the logical consequence was just the opposite – the episcopate adopting this position became a tool in the hands of the communist atheists, who schemed to achieve full control over the Church, to the end of Her moral and spiritual enfeeblement and with a view to Her ultimate annihilation, which they intended. More specifically, the ecclesiological aspect of Sergianism comes down to distorting the concept of “canonicity.” In the Sergianist context, canonicity is unnaturally torn away from the Spirit and the Truth of canonical tradition and turns into formal adherence to the norm, which can be used to vindicate any act of lawlessness committed by the governing episcopate. Ultimately, canonicity degenerates into a managerial technique for the subordination of the people of the Church to that episcopate, regardless of the direction in which it leads them. In other words, as Archpriest Michael Polsky, an eyewitness to the cruel persecutions and the perfidious fight against the Russian Church in the 1920s, writes, “Metropolitan Sergius and his bishops differ from the Renovationists in that they keep to the canons at all costs and safeguard them more than anything else. They (the Sergianists) do not disregard the canons, as do the Renovationists. But there arises a gross discrepancy. When the Renovationists lied, slandered, or deceived, that was bad because they were not canonical. However, when Metropolitan Sergius slandered and lied, this was considered good, since he was canonical. It turns out that to him who is canonical, everything is allowed. This mocks the canons and morality alike by distorting their meaning.” After the collapse of the totalitarian régimes towards the end of the twentieth century, under the new conditions
of political freedom, Sergianism was preserved as a legacy of the past and, at the same time, was transformed. Having long incorporated unscrupulousness, deception and pathological servility to those in positions of authority into its inner nature, it not only continues to betray the Church – now no longer for fear of reprisals but for the sake of mercenary motives – but has also started to sell Her freedom, under the guise of “canonicity,” in exchange for gaining the friendship of the powers that be, with the ensuing material benefits and prestigious social status. In this modified form, today Sergianism (as neo-Sergianism or post-Sergianism) affects a large part of the episcopate of the official local Churches around the world.

Once phenomena such as ecumenism and Sergianism become systematic and universal, even when they do not seek a clear doctrinal expression but penetrate and spread into the body of the Church in a “creeping” manner – that is, once they have been actively adopted or passively allowed by all bishops of one or more local Churches – then the essence of the struggle against these phenomena comes down to the termination of ecclesiastical communion with those bishops who instil heresy in the Church in a conciliar manner, either by preaching it or by contributing to its dissemination though their passivity and silence (see Canon 15 of the First-Second Synod of Constantinople).

THE CONCEPTS OF “OFFICIAL ORTHODOXY” AND “OFFICIAL LOCAL CHURCHES”

These concepts have an idiosyncratic ecclesiological substance and reveal the specifics of the processes of apostasy in the contemporary Orthodox world. Orthodoxy is sui generis and does not need further clarification by any additional denotations. The need to add one or another modifier to the term “Orthodoxy” has arisen because of the replacement of its original and authentic substance under pressure from ecumenist and Sergianist mentalities, from liberalism, relativism and other apostatic phenomena. The meaning of the concept of “official Orthodoxy” is closely connected with the meaning of the concept of “official Church” and “official local Churches,” respectively. “Official Orthodoxy” is the peculiar ideology of the “official local Churches.” It represents an increasingly diluted, pluralistic Orthodoxy, which is gradually tearing itself away from its spiritual identity and increasingly becoming a surrogate for authentic Orthodoxy, without reforming it abruptly or defiantly. The main distinctive feature of official Orthodoxy is its Sergianist conjuncture; i.e., its collaborative adjustment to the realities of our time, with a view towards accommodating various political and ecclesiastical courses: outwardly as an expression of the catholic consciousness of the Church, but in essence, as a situational strategy, with terminology or behaviour typical of the corporate mentality. For example, official Orthodoxy may resound with loud ecumenical tones; and contrariwise, at times, the prevalent tone may be that of traditionalist rhetoric. Moreover, as already mentioned,”official Orthodoxy” never takes a clear, principled, conciliar stand on the nature of ecumenism as the ecclesiological heresy with which it is entwined, inasmuch as the majority of the supporters and propagators of this heresy still avoid designating it wholly openly and clearly as an article of their religious creed. In official Orthodoxy, the connection between announcements and intentions, between speaking and believing, between words and conscience fades out, becomes debased in a Jesuitical manner, and in this sense is severed. Thus, for example, in a private conversation a bishop might dissociate himself from some official deed of his – from a public statement or from a document he has signed containing views contrary to Orthodoxy, i.e., heretical views – but that same bishop chooses not to do this publicly since it is at variance with official church policy.

What does the term “official Church” mean? It is what the Russian catacomb believers called the Church recognized by the Soviet régime (and completely dependent on it), headed by Metropolitan (and later Patriarch) Sergius Stragorodsky (+ 1943). The terms “Official Church” or “official local Churches” refer to the known, historically formed local Churches whose hierarchical leadership officially accepts, advances or authorizes ecumenism as a theological concept and religious practice, uses conciliar deception on sundry occasions, hides under the cloak of “canonicity” as understood in the spirit of Sergianism, and adopts other forms of apostasy from Orthodoxy. In brief, the term “official Churches” extends to the known, historically formed local Churches which are in a state of apostasy – a process that has been coördinated or permitted to develop conciliarly by the episcopate.

  • Modern “theologians”

This is the extent to which the Christianity of the west has far gone into heresy – accepting anyone to come to preach to their gatherings, and even listening to aberrations like those described below without a single reaction …

From well trusted sources, we can present some of the tricks that an alleged theologian can perform in order to attract the “sympathy” and the “attachment” of the “Gentiles”. The addressing happened at a Roman-Catholic institution, in the presence of some 80 educators. The method used, in this “public relation” business, is simple and complex in the same time. It is simple, because everything done aimed to destroy one’s faith through blatant assertions, and it was complex because this attack was carried with knowledge about historical facts and in a much distorted manner, and also according to demonic stimulations.
Today’s audience is already found on the path of “accepting” everything, especially if the event happens in a civilized place, with coffee, food and followed by all that “academic” discussion. The Intelligentsia of today is very weak and ready to embrace everybody else, with “looooove”. On the other hand, the “precious style” and “humour” used by a PhD would be highly regarded, in spite of the illiterate substance. Also, this Intelligentsia as a public, became just formally religious and is quick to adjust to the “new”. So, the new “new” came to them, in the form of an “academic” Zionist.
Most of this so-called theologian’s discourse was swollen with unstoppable and long phrases of hateful proposals. It would be useful to show these anti-Christian schemes, in a dot-point arrangement, with a propaganda developing as such:
    • By choosing some “genre” (such as Parables) and making comparisons with contemporary situations of our modern life that resulted into a wishful devastation of a Holy Symbol, therefore the real meaning of that parable would be transformed into ordinary events, soaked in pornographic explanations
    • By opting for specific passages which became conveniences for hidden reasons, catching people’s attention with some “academic” jokes, presenting the “good” method to fight anti-Semitism by “separating the Jewish Scripture” from the Old Testament (!)
    • By having fun of Sacred things and of the Church; the Gospels would not be the ”original” ones (they were ”re-written”), “underlying” the superiority of the written texts vs. the oral tradition, encouraging “love” as the middle ground for everything, as the “Hebrew scripture” is the same as taught by the Protestants
    • In a clear “promotion” for a material understanding of the Bible and for a “funny” and a wicked approach to the Sacred Texts, the “theologian” mentioned: “Samson was a horrible character”, the Father of the Prodigal Son was the “inept sheppard” open to “parental favouritism” towards one of sons “from a different mother”, Righteous Isaac “was suffering of the Dow Syndrome”, the real name of Saint Apostle Peter was “Rocky”, etc. The Talmudic “teaching”, with blasphemous utterings against Christians, was just growing with some latest gross and sacrilegious ideas…
    • The same irreverent series of “discussions” about Jesus Christ Who is our God and Saviour, as found in the Talmud: “less than Superman, as not having the possibility to see through with X-rays”, one “would have dated Him but He was too edgy”, ”He was laughing all the time”, “He was chubby because He was eating a lot, on all occasions” and finally, Jesus Christ “just a smart man, saying smart things”. This guest “speaker”, with the highest academic rank in Western “theology”, looked to be very desperate with such attempts to convince the “catholics” about “how much they have in common, if love each other”…
    • Loving multiculturalism (as “found in many biblical places”); “we learn from Buddhists and Muslims because we might become dependent on them, with housing and food”; any individual must “use own mind to do the interpretation of the Bible” because (dreadful!) “Trinitarian” apparitions would be compared with the “Three Little Pigs”
    • If “Thora is like the New Testament” and the ‘Talmud would be like the writings of the Holy Fathers’ (according to our “far-above-the-ground-theologian”), then the inspiration for such horrible writings comes from the Liar and the Father of Lie, that is the Devil who will try to imitate Christ, through the coming of the anti-Christ
It is more than enough for any Orthodox reader to know about these hideous attacks, under the “protection” of a “catholic” administration. It is interesting to note that such details were NOT understood (?) by the Roman-Catholic public, because the trust into own people, who invited that person, would be higher regarded than a lie whispered into ear…
However, why nobody reacted to such unashamed attack? The answer is simple: out of fear! Now, after the event, one might think that a different attitude should have been taken in regards to the aggression: with calm and a civilized and balanced manner one could have asked the “theologian” to explain…

  • Obamacare is about making sure there is no way out of the system !

We pointed out in a previous article how Obamacare is the centerpiece of the whole enslavement framweork being built and how they are using it to leave you no way out – if you oppose it they will put you away.

Obamacare is creating “health panels” that will effectively take the role of a “medical police force” which is being given unprecedented powers over making decisions concerning your future. This trend can be observed everywhere in the western world.

In our previous article we showed how the new “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual” (DSM), which also covers psychiatric evaluation guidelines, classifies normal emotions as illnesses that attract mandatory medication. We have seen how new psychiatric disorders like “General Anxiety Disorder” and “Obedience Defiance Disorder” (sic!) made their way into regulations around the implementation of Obamacare.

More details of what is included into this manual reveal that they are now considering “hoarding”, “child temper tantrum”, and a host of other human behaviors as illnesses. They just want to demonstrate that you are the crazy one and everyone else is normal.

Quote: The increasing number of disorders comes about because some “problems” that were not previously considered to be mental illness were reclassified as such by their inclusion in the DSM—and it is the DSM that functionally defines mental illness in the United States.

“The big change,” Dr. Saxena said, “will be an official recognition of hoarding as an important neuropsychic disorder that will increase screening, increase detection and diagnosis, and refer patients in for treatment.”
Dr. Allen Frances, the author of Saving Normal, says that the new requirements will, ”turn everyday anxiety, eccentricity, forgetting and bad eating habits into mental disorders.”

Moreover, they are making sure that screening becomes mandatory for every person that wants to continue a “normal” life within the society:

Page 1137 of the The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act provides grants for the operation of school-based health centers required to include “mental health and substance abuse disorder assessments” for children and adolescents.
On page 1191 is found a section on Mental Health Screening that refers to a program called “Healthy Aging, Living Well”. Persons ages 55-64 are being targeted for screening activities that can include “mental health/behavioral health and substance use disorders.”
Obamacare requires mental health services for many other groups. These include Medicaid recipients, addicts, mothers with postpartum depression, the elderly, and soldiers. There’s even has a section called “Mental Health in Small Businesses” which awards grants to small businesses willing to provide workplace wellness programs that encourage “healthy lifestyles, healthy eating, increased physical activity and improved mental health.”

Our Holy Fathers have warned us about this …

… persecution of the faithful will escalate. Christians will be hated by people who reject any mentioning of God’s authority and who trust only in the power of their intellect. And as believing in God becomes unpopular, any Christian wishing to retain his faith will feel more and more isolated from society ….

  • Let the “miracles” begin – Pope Francis performs exorcism …

Soon after the new pope is enthroned, the “miracles” are starting to appear as expected … do not be deceived …

    More from infowars.com …

A bizarre video has emerged of Pope Francis appearing to perform an exorcism on a man in St Peter’s Square.

The footage was shot following Pentecostal mass on Sunday 19th May.

The clip shows a priest explaining something to Pope Francis about the man, who is in a wheelchair, before the Pope becomes serious and places his hands firmly on the man’s head.

While pushing the man down into his chair, the Pontiff recites a prayer and the man opens his mouth while making strange guttural sounds.

Although the process takes less than 15 seconds, the man in the wheelchair appears overwhelmed before the Pope moves on to the next person.

According to an exorcism expert quoted by La Repubblica, “It was a prayer of liberation from evil or even a real exorcism.”

  • St Ephraim the Syrian – the time is near !

“Lift your eyes to heaven when it, like a clean mirror, gloriously illumines the earth with its stars, and say in awe: if the stars shine with such glory, then how much more so will the righteous and the saints who have done the holy will of God whine with the inexpressible light of saving glory when the Lord comes?

Having called to remembrance that awesome coming, shudder in body and soul, and with heartfelt agony say to yourself: what sort of person will I, a sinner, show myself to be in that terrible hour? How will I stand before the throne of the awesome Judge? How could I who am dissolute have a place among those who are perfect? Or how could I, who am a goat, stand among the sheep at Christ’s right hand? Or how could I, who am fruitless, be numbered among the saints, who have here brought forth the fruits of truth?

The martyrs will show their torments, the ascetics their good works; but what will I have to show but my apathy and my incessant indulgence?

O sinful soul, shameless soul, O soul which has always hated the God-pleasing way of life! How long will you delight in your wretched addiction to evil thoughts? What do you wait for in your apathy?

Do you think that the Judge will be late in coming? He will not tarry, rather, His coming will be like terrible lightning from the heavens. Try to be prepared for that terrible hour, that you might not then weep unto the ages.”

St Ephraim warns us – the time is near – it is the time to do the work of God and to turn away from sin. When will even we Christians start to listen? We can see the signs of the times – but we still do not want to change our habits. We still want to live for the body, instead of for the soul. We still are more interested in preserving our wealth than in almsgiving, in furthering our career than in learning prayer. We are more interested in entertaining ourselves than in studying the Law of God. We would rather fill our stomachs and laugh loudly at meaningless shows than see His wisdom, see the noble beauty of all He has given us. From where do we image these i-Pads, mobile phones and TVs have come? Who inspired them?

The world demands much of us, and it is true – we are obliged to give it something…but let us give Ceasar no more than what is necessary, and let us understand at which point Ceasar’s demands become unreasonable! He has no right to have our soul, our heart! Let us be zealous, let us struggle to give this part to God only – save it, unadultered – and offer it to the Bridegroom of our soul!

  • The real agenda behing gay marriage

The truth rarely gets told in the mainstream media nowadays, but every now and then we do get some honesty. Here is what a recently published article on ABC Australia says about gay marriage:

“… it would end the public legal recognition of a social reality defined in terms of the natural link between sex and procreation. In direct consequence, the natural children of heterosexual couples would then be only legally their children if the state decided that they might be legally “adopted” by them. And this, I argue, reveals what is really at issue here. There was no demand for “gay marriage” and this has nothing to do with gay rights. Instead, it is a strategic move in the modern state’s drive to assume direct control over the reproduction of the population, bypassing our interpersonal encounters. This is not about natural justice, but the desire on the part of biopolitical tyranny to destroy marriage and the family as the most fundamental mediating social institution.”

Please read the whole article, it raises a few sensible points.

  • The Orthodox Space

The very architectural (!) frame of the Western Society was designed in ways that everything becomes equal: all things are nicely aligned on the same street, and all streets are forming a grid of precise patterns. There is no centre to start with, but a number of important institutions, such as banks, schools, churches, shops and restaurants, which were all built next to each other… The normality of a village or a town built in Orthodox lands, with the Church in the middle (the Heart of that inhabited place) offered a different distribution, around that centre, which could also have included some other important Orthodox associations, spreading on rays and forming concentric circles…

Obviously, in these settlements from America, Canada, Australia and New Zeeland, the Orthodox Church could be found in a place that was available, sometimes in old Protestant worshiping structures… As Orthodox, one must adapt without letting anything to be removed from the Divine Teaching of our Holy Church. But many times, this adaptation goes too far, by borrowing heretical “teachings” and inviting the “church of the day” into a Sacred Space. But this is another topic…

Many of our Orthodox Fathers say that the upcoming developments leading to the end of this world should not be strange to the faithful. If one is serious about own salvation, that is to look to the eternal life which is to come, one must pay attention to own spiritual development, helped out by the spiritual father. All deformities that Orthodoxy is to fix are so many, and this number increased exponentially in the last ten to fifteen years. In the realms of education, health, science and family (considering such sections according to a government perspective), all that amount of issues and problems, completely away from an Orthodox perspective, would overwhelm anybody. It is known that if a wise man wants to address any difficulty, he will be confronted with the whole scheme which produced this antichristian frame work that made that trouble, in the first place.

Therefore, the space itself which is not quite Orthodox makes everybody a bit unsure of the real meaning of life in an Orthodox land. We can’t do much about this, but one has to make some pilgrimages to those spaces before they will be fully destroyed or unrecognisable, in that Orthodox sense. At present times, a total attachment to Orthodoxy is almost impossible, according to … surroundings. But what did Christ say to Saint Apostle Thomas? “Because thou hast seen Me, thou hast believed; blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed”.

  • Google Zeitgeist, Social Justice and Orthodoxy

Google seems poised to take over the reigns and lead the spiritual awakening movement of the “spirit of the age” (zeitgeist). After being instrumental to helping with the “Arab Spring” islamic awakening revolution, we now hear that Google and the Bilderberg Group are fusioning to create a new kind of entity that will lead a “technocratic revolution”.

Google’s critical part in establishing of the coming scientific dictatorship is well documented – what better choice for promoting it and reaching the widest audience …

The veil over Bilderberg’s secrecy has been lifting slowly over the last years, allowing a few “insiders” to leak more and more of its “secrets”, making it look like it has been the result of the efforts of the “resistance” fighting back the global elite …

It appears that what was written in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion about the global elite stepping aside making way for their despot king is now happening – they seem ready to dissolve their secretive organization and transfer the reigns to the “Google Zeitgeist” movement !

“Ever since that time we have been leading the peoples from one disenchantment to another, so that in the end they should turn also from us in favor of that King Despot of the blood of Zion, whom we are preparing for the world”.

The hallmarks of this plan are everywhere and presented in various forms, most often under the guise of “social justice” or “human rights” movements (see our Mystery of Iniquity section on our site).

What is most characteristic about this “spiritual awakening” is that it is intended to unite all the forces of society (including churches) with the aim of fighting injustice and help bring about a more just social system, a new world order. This is nothing more than another utopian effort similar to communism but at the same time different – where communism was atheistic in nature, the coming one will be religious. In fact, as shown in St Seraphim’s Orthodox Survival Course, the reasons why communism failed are particularly attributed to trying to root out the spiritual inclination from the human nature.

Orthodox Christians need to not allow themselves be caught into this movement of which the goal is to try to create a “kingdom of heaven on earth”. Christ Himself never attempted that, He came to prepare us for the kingdom of Heaven which is not of this earth. The only justice an Orthodox Christian should seek is to get a good answer before the throne of judgement of Christ. One seeking his own justice does not acknowledge that injustice comes with God’s consent due to sin, and is rebelling against God’s will.

Iniquity has always been part of and will always exist in this fallen world. When Jesus came, He did not find a just world but a sick one, the Jews were living under the occupation of the empire of that time, the Roman empire, yet He did not seek to overthrow the Roman authority, but instead His message was for the individual salvation through enduring of these injustices for our redemption from a state of sinfulness. Through Him Who endured death on the Cross for our sins we have been shown the only way to the Kingdom of Heaven. Any attempt to change this state of things by seeking earthly justice through the will of men and not through repentance (by which the Grace of God is given), has led over the centuries to heresies, crusades, wars and revolutions, and it is something that in Catholic doctrine is known as “Liberation Theology” (must read!), also known as Christian Communism (following quote was reproduced directly from wikipedia !):

However, an independent Christian communist movement did re-emerge, in a rather unexpected place: Latin America. This was a separate development from the earlier European and North American movements. Latin American Christian communism is a strong trend within liberation theology, which is a specifically Christian movement concerned with social justice and equality that incorporates both communists and other socialists. Liberation theology is Catholic in origin, given that Roman Catholicism is the dominant Christian denomination in Latin America, but there have also been liberation theologians from many other denominations. Liberation theology experienced significant growth during the 1960s and 70s, and many liberation theologians (including bishops and other prominent clergymen) supported the Sandinista government of Nicaragua in the 1980s.

Yet with deep sorrow we can not leave unnoticed that our own Orthodox Church has been infected by this disease. Our Church Hierarchs are leading us down this path. Much too often we hear in sermons and homilies, or in other forms, calls to “social justice” and unity with other Christian confessions as a common response in the face of evil.

Just like in the days of the Roman empire, the number of voices demanding justice in the face of the American oppression are overwhelming and the effort to unite them all can not go unnoticed. Take for example the following article posted on a website linked to the Ecumenical Patriarchate in response to the abduction of the Syrian Archbishop of Aleppo, Yohanna Ibrahim, by islamic extremists a few days ago:

Despite appeals from religious and political leaders around the world—including the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights’ condemnation of the kidnappings; the call by the Office of the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the immediate release of the detained Archbishops and their safe return to their communities; a letter to US Secretary of State John Kerry from the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of North and Central America; Pope Francis’ call to peace in Syria and an entreaty for the release of the two Orthodox Archbishops; and calls from Imams across Damascus in Friday prayers on April 26 for the release of the Orthodox hierarchs and condemnation of their abduction as a violation of “the sanctity of Christian and Islamic clergymen”—the US has remained shockingly silent on the matter.

Too often nowadays, Orthodox Christians who are not deeply rooted into the true saving Faith of Orthodoxy as handed down from our Holy Fathers, get caught in this scam. Here is for example what an orthodox blog, “Peace – Justice – Orthodox Christianity”, stands for:

“This site is established to provide a forum for discussion of ideas and to make announcements of upcoming activities of the social justice ministry of St. Mary the Protectress Orthodox Church.”

Orthodox Christians, now more then ever we need to make sure we know our faith and what we stand for! Let us be aware of the danger of falling into the trap of false awakening movement of the coming antichrist.

    With love in Christ,
    Orthodox Australia

  • The Orthodox and the “tablet”

We all nearly forgot the way things were once, but we still can ask the question: how is that possible that a civilised world, based on Christian principals, went away, becoming antichristian to the core? Our contemporary modern society becomes worse, in terms of that normality with that Christian set of rules that used to be somehow significantly present and followed by almost everybody. These laws are vanishing completely, today. The new proposed and voted laws (allowing “gay” marriage, the pushing towards euthanasia, etc.) are emerging quickly, in the general apathetic atmosphere given by well established institutions, in this “wealthy” and materialistic society. The “great” expansion of gadgetry of all types, sold as “information technology” growing without limits is rather a trap to any normal human being.

A very short inventory of this spread must be done by looking at the technological advancement and the changes happening under our own eyes in the fabric of this modern society. This contemporary world shows a deep feminisation of men and a strong masculinisation of women. These particular changes could be detected into many realms, such as: fashion (businesses led by homosexuals and lesbians), languages spoken (English developed this anti-Christian political correctness), family (satanic unions promoted), education (with the plethora of fake concepts, like the theory of evolution taught in schools) and household machines (all being run by computers), for instance. The old good tools are now “antiquity”.

One can say that the disappearing of letters, books and all hand-written documentations, replaced by the digital versions, wouldn’t be the worst problem. The invasions of all forms of products, which play the roles of spiritual entities, are gathering now. For instance, the soft touch screens, the 3-D monitors, the computerised tools and vehicles replace a spiritual life, which used to be more or less Christian. People stopped dreaming and imagining or praying to the Invisible Realm, because there are so many captivating images and sounds around… If the angel cried or a saint appeared, such visions would be dismissed, as the “powerful” images of the internet, on television or on the mobile became so “real”, in this very ordinary world… It means that the higher the “refinement”, the worse the falling, becomes quite real.

Such extra-refined tools of the digital can change and do change the habits and the usual movements of man, by confiscating the practical and good skills. The calculator stops people doing any arithmetic, the email stops people to send letters, the computerised car stops people learning to park own car, the GPS stops people reading a map, the iPod stops people enjoying music collectively, the mobile phone makes people being tracked down by anyone at all time, the digital camera stops people remembering anything but the excitement of the “new”, etc., etc.

These so dominant images of the world (“Art History”!!!) want to replace the Icon of Christ and even to “dismiss” any apparition of the Divine Angels. Again, one can say that the higher the refinement of technology, the lower the possibility of man to admit the Reality of the Unseen and Godly World…
